When the Singapore Government announced it would migrate to a bus contracting model, it rightfully garnered Transit Systems’ attention.

In May 2015, Tower Transit Singapore was awarded the inaugural tender under the LTA’s bus contracting model. Held accountable to our industry peers, Tower Transit was evaluated based on the quality of its operational experience, successfully winning the contract ahead of 10 other bidders, including the incumbent operators and a number of large multi-national public transport providers.

Since then, Tower Transit Singapore has doubled in size, operating close to 750 bus services across 7 depots. It has established a strong reputation for being an inclusive, customer-focused operator and an employer of choice. It has also won awards for inclusivity, workplace culture, employee engagement, employer branding and customer engagement.
