Creating Australia’s largest integrated land, marine, tourism and public transport business.

SWAN Transit retain Marmion and Claremont Metropolitan Bus services contracts for another 10 years, and awarded an additional contract for Joondalup.

Adelaide 2020

Retention of Adelaide Bus Contracts – Outer North East, East West and North South (includes bus and light rail services, to be delivered in JV with JHG and UGL). Also secured a new contract region of Outer North.

Brisbane 2020
Awarded Brisbane City Council contract to operate the Brisbane CityCats, City Hoppers and KittyCats under RiverCity Ferries.
Go West Tours 2021

Kelsian Group Limited successfully completed the acquisition of Go West Tours for an enterprise value of A$84.7 million plus an earn-out component of up to A$25 million.

Channel Islands Bus 2022

Kelsian Group and its UK subsidiary Tower Transit announces the acquisition of two bus businesses in the Channel Islands - Jersey’s LibertyBus and CT Plus operating in Guernsey.

All Aboard America (AAAHI) 2023

Kelsian Group Limited successfully completed the acquisition of All Aboard America for an enterprise value of US$325 million (A$487 million).
