Small acts, big impact!

Sometimes, the smallest actions make the biggest impact. Last month, one of our drivers reminded us of what great customer service looks like—and a customer noticed.

Here’s what the customer shared:

“I would just like to say that the bus driver on my route today, driving bus 2319, was absolutely outstanding greeting every passenger with a smile and a hello, and even waiting for two customers who might have missed the bus otherwise. Hopefully this reaches him, because his positive attitude made my day.”

This feedback is a reminder that every interaction matters. You never know who’s watching, who’s inspired by your actions, or whose day you’ve just made better.
