Transit Systems is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalie Gough as General Manager of Horizons West, Perth's leading charter bus provider, effective 29 September 2026.
A highly respected leader in the Western Australian passenger transport industry, Natalie brings extensive experience across operations, commercial management, stakeholder engagement and business growth. Her appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Horizons West as the business continues to strengthen its focus on safe, reliable and customer-focused transport services.
Natalie's career spans a broad range of leadership roles across the sector. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer at West Coast Bus Charters, leading operational performance and strategic initiatives. Prior to this, she held leadership roles with Path Transit (Keolis Downer), including Business Development Operations Manager and School Bus Manager, and earlier in her career worked with Belbaker Bus Charter.
Natalie is also an active contributor to the broader transport industry. She is a committee member of BusWA, serves on the Board of the Bus Industry Confederation and is involved with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Australia (CILTA).
Throughout her career, Natalie has developed a reputation for building high-performing teams, driving positive cultural change and delivering strong operational outcomes. Her experience includes leading complex transport operations, managing commercial and tender processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and quality assurance.
