Operating Areas
Torrens Transit operates in one of the largest geographical areas of the Adelaide Contract Area. Our unique system of management successfully addresses the special operating problems that such a large geographical area causes. Drivers are given the responsibility and management support to make decisions regarding their particular journeys and to support each other through the open radio system.
The areas serviced by Torrens Transit ranges from Modbury in the North to Glenelg in the South. Auldana in the East to the Lefevre Peninsula in the West. A vast majority of services operate in these areas 7 days per week and 365 days of the year.
Torrens Transit also operates the Circle Line and Adelaide Free services.
